Make a Withdrawal
You can make a withdrawal from your account two ways:
Online Withdrawal
If you have secure online access set up on your account, you may make a withdrawal from your account online. The funds will be sent directly to your bank account via Automated Clearing House*, as long as your banking information has been on file with your account for at least 30 days and your address has not changed within the last 30 days.
*Automated Clearing House payments may take several days to be deposited into your bank account.
Withdrawal Request Form
You may make a withdrawal from your account using a Withdrawal Request Form. You may obtain a Withdrawal Request Form from the Plan’s website or by calling toll-free 1-877-338-4646.
Important things to note:
- We do not require receipts to be submitted with your withdrawal request. However, it’s very important that you retain them for your records in the event you are audited by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
- The Disclosure Booklet contains information on any potential tax implications for the various types of withdrawals from the Plan.
- Withdrawals from a matching grant account cannot be completed online. A completed withdrawal request form must be filled out and mailed to the address on the form.
- Non-qualified withdrawals are subject to income taxes and the federal additional 10% tax.
